PLANNING COMMISSION, CITY OF PLEASANT ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2816 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DENYING THE APPLICATION OF HIVEST, INC. FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO CASE PUD-80-15 RELATING TO CONVENIENCE STORES WHEREAS, Hivest, Inc. has applied for a major modification to an approved development plan for a shopping center to allow for convenience food markets as a permitted use to be located on the south side of Pimlico Drive approximately 0.1 mile east of the intersection of Pimlico Drive and Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 13, 1986 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendation of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the staff recommendation that the proposed modification is not necessary and not desirable for a small commercial complex of this nature at this location. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Denies Case PUD-80-15-2D-1M, the application for a major modification to an approved development for a shopping center to allow for convenience food markets as a permitted use on the approximately two acre site located on the south side of Pimlico Drive, approximately .1 mile east of the intersection of Pimlico Drive and Santa Rita Road. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 13TH DAY OF AUGUST 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Michelotti, Wellman and Vice Chairman Innes NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioner Berger and Chairman Lindsey ABSTAIN: None DATE: August 13, 1986
