PLANNING COMMISSION, CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2818 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING <br />APPROVAL OF CASE GP-86-7, APPLICATION OF DOUGLAS <br />SAFRENO FOR A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT <br />WHEREAS, Douglas Safreno has applied to amend the Land Use <br />Element of the General Plan from !'High Density <br />Residential" to "Commercial and Offices" for an <br />approximately 9,500 sq. ft. site located at 4232 First <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 13, 1986 <br />after considering all public testimony, relevant <br />exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found "Commercial and Offices" <br />would be an appropriate Land Use designation for the <br />subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case GP-86-6 which would <br />change the 9,500 sq, ft. site located at 4232 First <br />Street from "High Density Residential" to "Commercial <br />and Offices." <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 13TH DAY OF AUGUST 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Vice Chairman Innes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Berger and Chairman Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: August 13, 1986 <br />ATTEST: <br />O <br />Brian W.
