PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2825 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING CASE PUD-82-10-3M WITHOUT PREJUDICE <br />WHEREAS, Grey Eagle Estates has applied to modify the approved <br />development plan to relocate the designated building pad <br />on Parcel 14 within the 28-unit residential development <br />located on the south side of the eastern terminus of <br />Crellin Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Low Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 10, 1986, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant <br />exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did not support this application <br />because of the visibility, steepness of the slope, <br />extensive grading and drastic change in the viewshed of <br />the adjacent properties. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Denies Case PUD-82-10-3M, application of Grey Eagle <br />for a major modification to an approve d development <br />plan to allow for the relocation of the designated <br />building pad for Parcel 14 within the 28-unit <br />residential development located on the south side of the <br />eastern terminus of Crellin Road without prejudice. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 10TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Chairman Innes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: September 10, 1986 <br />
