35. That the developer submit detailed landscape and irrigation plans <br />as part of the improvement plans. These plans should include, <br />where applicable, a street tree planting plan and landscape plans <br />for medians, buffer strips, and any right-of-way landscape areas. <br />The irrigation plan shall provide automatic controls. <br />36. That any damage to street improvements now existing or done <br />during construction on the subject property be repaired to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to the <br />developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street <br />reconstruction if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br />37. That the proposed streets shown on the tentative map for Tract <br />5680 as sixty feet (60') in width shall be revised from a forty <br />foot (40') curb to curb width to a fifty foot (50') wide curb to <br />curb width which provides for the following: <br />a.
