PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2837 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION FOR TRACT 5352, FILED <br />BY NORTHWOOD HOMES <br />WHEREAS, Northwood Homes has applied for an extension of the <br />approved Tentative Map Tract 5352, subdividing an <br />approximately two (2) acre site into 34 commercial <br />condominium units, on property located at 39 California <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Commercial; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed tentative maps is conformance with the <br />General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the application for an extension of the <br />approved Tentative Map Tract 5352, subdividing an <br />approximately two (2) acre site into 34 commercial <br />condominium units on property located at 39 California <br />Avenue subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as <br />shown on Tentative Map Tracts 53542 on file with <br />the City. <br />2. That approval of this case is subject to all <br />conditions of approval contained in the report from <br />the City Engineer dated August 8, 1984, attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />3. That this approval is valid for one (1) year from <br />the date of this action. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 10, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Innes, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />DATE: September 10, 1986 <br />- 1 - <br />
