PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2837 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION FOR TRACT 5352, FILED BY NORTHWOOD HOMES WHEREAS, Northwood Homes has applied for an extension of the approved Tentative Map Tract 5352, subdividing an approximately two (2) acre site into 34 commercial condominium units, on property located at 39 California Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial; and WHEREAS, the proposed tentative maps is conformance with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the application for an extension of the approved Tentative Map Tract 5352, subdividing an approximately two (2) acre site into 34 commercial condominium units on property located at 39 California Avenue subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on Tentative Map Tracts 53542 on file with the City. 2. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions of approval contained in the report from the City Engineer dated August 8, 1984, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. 3. That this approval is valid for one (1) year from the date of this action. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
