CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-455 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT <br /> 5546, STONEDALE TOWNHOMES, WARMINGTON <br /> HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for <br /> Tract 5546, Stonedale Townhomes, has been completed <br /> and a maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities in his report to the City Council <br /> (SR 89:469); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract <br /> 5546, Stonedale Townhomes, are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Clerk's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 7, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Pegg~ ~.~JEzidro ./J <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
