PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2843 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN TRACT 5699, FILED BY ROBERT <br />CONNOLLY <br />WHEREAS, Robert Connolly has applied to subdivide an <br />approximately 2.4 acre site into 9 parcels for <br />single-family residential use, ranging in size from <br />approximately 8,000 sq. ft. to approximately 21,000 sq. <br />ft. located at 306 Neal Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)- Medium Density Residential; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 8, 1986 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed tentative map conforms to the approved <br />planned unit development, zoning and the General Plan of <br />the City of Pleasanton for the subject property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Robert Connolly to <br />subdivide an approximately 2.4 acre site into 9 parcels <br />for single-family residential use, ranging in size from <br />approximately 8,000 sq. ft. to approximately 21,000 sq. <br />ft. located at 306 Neal Street subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the development shall substantially conform to <br />the exhibit, Tentative Tract 5699, on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That the development is subject to all conditions <br />of approval for PUD-85-21. <br />3. That all structures shown on the tentative map to <br />be removed shall be removed prior to the <br />recordation of the final map which would create a <br />lot line through the subject structure. <br />4. That the existing westerly driveway entrance for <br />Parcel 1 shall be adjusted northerly to align with <br />the proposed entrance drive to the project. <br />- 1 - <br />
