PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2847 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING THE <br />APPLICATION OF PROMETHEUS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR <br />TENTATIVE TRACT 5705 <br />WHEREAS, Prometheus Development Company has applied to subdivide <br />an approximately 16.3 acre site for a 456 unit <br />residential complex for condominium purposes located in <br />the area bounded by Andrews Drive, Owens Drive, Old <br />Santa Rita Road and Tassajara Creek; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of <br />October 22, 1986, the Planning Commission considered all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations <br />• of the City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed tentative map <br />to be in conformance with the General Plan of the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves tentative map Tract 5705, application of <br />Prometheus Development Company to subdivide an <br />approximately 16.3 acre site for a 456 unit residential <br />complex for condominium purposes located in the area <br />bounded by Andrews Drive, Owens Drive, Old Santa Rita <br />Road and Tassajara Creek subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the development shall substantially conform to <br />the street and lot pattern shown on the exhibit, <br />Tentative Tract 5705, on file with the Planning <br />Department, except: <br />a. That the storm drain and sewer lines be <br />revised to accommodate the additional parking <br />offset along the western property line. <br />2. That approval of Tentative Tract Map 5705 is <br />subject to all conditions contained in the report <br />from the City Engineer dated 10/22/86, attached <br />hereto and made a part of this case by reference. <br />3. That the development is subject to all conditions <br />of approval for Case PUD-85-17-IM. <br />- 1 - <br />
