PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2851 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />WILLIAM MARSH AS FILED UNDER CASE GP-86-9 <br />WHEREAS, William Marsh has applied for a General Plan Amendment <br />to redesignate a 30,000 square foot site located at <br />5998 Sunol Boulevard from "Low Density Residential" to <br />"Commercial and Offices;" and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 22, 1986, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the negative <br />declaration prepared for Case GP-86-9 after considering <br />all public testimony, relevant exhibits and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this <br />application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed General Plan <br />amendment to be appropriate for the area in which it is <br />proposed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of the the application of <br />William Marsh for a General Plan Amendment to <br />redesignate a 30,000 square foot site located at <br />5998 Sunol Boulevard from "Low Density Residential" to <br />"Commercial and Offices." <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 22, 1986, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, Wellman, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: <br />~~f~~~~'~ r in sey, Ch~ man <br />Brian W.
