PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2856 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL A CASE RZ-86-10, <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON (TMI PROPERTY) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone ten <br />parcels totaling 198 acres located west of I-680 and <br />north of Bernal Avenue to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Low Density Residential), "A" <br />(Agricultural), R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) <br />Districts or to any other zoning districts consistent <br />with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 22, 1986, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of a proposed negative <br />declaration for Case RZ-86-10 after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations <br />of the City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed zoning <br />designations to be in conformance with the City's <br />General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of Case RZ-86-10 as follows: <br />TMI property be prezoned PUD (Planned Unit Development ) <br />- Low Density Residential); that the Mason property be <br />prezoned "A" (Agricultural); that the Gartung, Stevenson <br />and Oleson properties be prezoned R-1-40,000 <br />(Single-family Residential) and that the Wells Fargo <br />Bank, Curdy and Messa parcels be prezoned "A" <br />(Agricultural). <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
