PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2857 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR RZ-86-11, APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />(FERRERI ET AL) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone eight <br />parcels totaling 247 acres located in the vicinity of <br />Dublin Canyon Road to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br />High Density Residential, PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Low Density Residential and PHS (Public Health and <br />Safety - Low Density Residential, "A" (Agricultural), <br />R-1-20,000 (Single-family Residential) or to any other <br />zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 22, 1986, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case RZ-86-11; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated October 15, 1986 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held October 22, 1986 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration for <br />Case RZ-86-11 as herein described. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />l% <br />
