PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2858 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-86-11, <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON (FERRERI ET AL) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone eight <br />parcels totaling 247 acres located in the vicinity of <br />Dublin Canyon Road to PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br />High Density Residential, PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Low Density Residential and PHS (Public Health and <br />Safety - Low Density Residential, "A" (Agricultural), <br />R-1-20,000 (Single-family Residential) or to any other <br />zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 22, 1986, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the proposed negative <br />declaration for Case RZ-86-11 after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations <br />of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed zoning <br />designations to be in conformance with the City's <br />General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of Case RZ-86-11 and that the <br />Ferreri property be prezoned PUD HDR (High Density <br />Residential); that the Westbrook, Church of Christ, <br />Styles and Lester parcels be prezoned Agriculture; that <br />the Panganiban parcel be prezoned PUD LDR and PH&S (Low <br />Density Residential and Public Health & Safety) and that <br />the Kolb parcels be prezoned R-1-20. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
