PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2860 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL CASE PUD-85-8-2M, <br />CALLAHAN, SWEENEY AND O'BRIEN/PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE <br />COMPANY OF AMERICA <br />WHEREAS, Callahan, Sweeney, and O'Brien and Prudential Insurance <br />Company of America have applied for a major <br />modification to an approved planned unit development <br />zoning for a business park, including changes to zoning, <br />uses, and development standards, to be located on an <br />approximately 10.9 acre site located at the southeast <br />corner of Owens Drive and Chabot Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 22, 1986, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the negative <br />declaration prepared for Case PUD-85-8-2M after <br />considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this <br />application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of Case PUD-85-8-2M as herein <br />described subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Modify the HBP Phase II Table B-1 "Summary of Site <br />Development Criteria" of the Design Guidelines for <br />Sites 51 and 52 to read as follows: <br />LOT MAX. MAX. MIN. MIN. <br />PARCELS USE A FAR1 HT2 LANDSCAPE PARKING <br />51 CPD(1-2 400 <br />Story <br />45' 25o See Note 5 <br />52 OPD <br />(4 story) <br />50~ 70' 30~ 1 per <br />250 SF <br />2. Modify Condition 5 of Ord. 1246 to delete Site 51 <br />from the condition. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
