PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2863 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-86-12, <br />DOUGLAS SAFRENO <br />WHEREAS, Douglas Safreno has applied to rezone an approximately <br />9,500 square foot site located at 4226 First Street from <br />RM-2500 (Multi-family Residential) District to CF <br />(Commercial Freeway) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration accompanied the General Plan <br />amendment recently approved for the subject site. <br />Rezoning of the site to a commercial zoning district was <br />addressed within the scope of the negative declaration. <br />Therefore, no additional environmental document <br />accompanies this application; and <br />WHEREAS, CF (Commercial Freeway) District conforms to the General <br />Plan land use designation of the site; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 12, <br />1986 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case RZ-86-12 rezoning the <br />approximately 9,500 sq. ft. site located at 4226 First <br />Street from RM-2500 (Multi-family Residential) to the CF <br />(Commercial Freeway) District. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 12, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Michelotti, Wellman and Vice <br />Chairman Innes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Hoyt and Chairman Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: November 12, 1986 <br />- 1 - <br />
