PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2871 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR TRACT <br />5638, HUNT ENTERPRISES <br />WHEREAS, Hunt Enterprises has applied to subdivide an <br />approximately 11.4 acre site into 50 parcels for <br />single-family residential use, ranging in size from <br />approximately 7,000 sq. ft. to approximately 12,600 sq. <br />ft., located in the area generally bordered by Forest <br />Hill Drive to the west, Muirwood Drive to the south, and <br />Springdale Avenue to the east; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 25, 1986, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Tract 5638; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated November 18, 1986 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held November 25, <br />1986, at which time the public was given the opportunity <br />to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for Hunt <br />Enterprises as filed under Tract 5638 and herein <br />described. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 25, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />- 1 - <br />
