37. That all lots shall be provided with an under-sidewalk drain to <br />preclude continuous irrigation drainage across sidewalks. <br />38. That the toe of any and all slope banks shall be at least 2' from <br />the back of sidewalk line. The top of any and all slope banks <br />shall be at least 2' from the lot property line. <br />39. That Section A-A shown on Tentative Tract Map 5638 shall be <br />revised such that the finish grading of any lot will not drain <br />storm runoff to or under any existing or proposed fence and will <br />not create a condition which would result in fill being placed <br />against any existing or proposed fence. <br />40. That Section B-B shown on Tentative Tract Map 5638 shall be <br />revised, where possible, to minimize the appearance of a narrow <br />earth berm below the existing fence. This may be effected <br />through the use of flatter slope banks, a greater distance <br />between the fence and the top of bank, slope rounding, low <br />stepped retaining walls, or split pads. <br />41. That a handicapped ramp shall be installed on the north-east <br />return of the Muirwood-Forest Hill intersection unless otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />(ktr5638) <br />
