PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2873 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASES RZ-86-34 AND UP-8,6-47, ATHENS CONSTRUCTION CO./LESICO WHEREAS, Athens Construction Company and Manuel Lesico to rezone an approximately 1.6 acre site from "A" (Agricultural) to CS (Commercial Service) District; and for conditional use permit approval to operate a lumber and building materials sales yard on the site which is located at 3878 Stanley Boulevard; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 25, 1986, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for RZ-86-14 and UP-86-47; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 18, 1986 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held November 25, 1986, at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposals would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for Athens Construction as filed under Cases RZ-86-13 and UP-86-47. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
