Report Date 12/4/86 _ <br />Meeting Date 12/10/86 <br />TO: Planning Commission <br />FROM: Engineering Services - City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: STAFF REPORT FOR TENTATIVE MAP <br />TRACT 5713, ROSE FAIR VILLAS, ROSE FAIR JOINT <br />VENTURE ("A ONE LOT TRACT MAP FOR CONDOMINIUM <br />PURPOSES") <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the developer meet all requirements of the Subdivision <br />Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br />2. That the developer meet all required conditions of approval <br />of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. <br />3. That the developer meet all required conditions of any prior <br />approvals which this development may have received from the <br />City of Pleasanton. (Z-86-255) <br />4. That the developer meet all applicable condition or <br />requirements of other City departments and/or any interested <br />outside agencies having jurisdiction. <br />5. That the developer dedicate to the City for street <br />right-of-way purposes, those parcels of land intended to be <br />public streetsR~ <br />6. That the developer grant an easement to the City over those <br />parcels shown as public service easements (P.S.E.) and which <br />are approved by the City Engineer or other parcels which may <br />be designated by the City Engineer. <br />7. That approval of the design for the line, grade, and <br />structural sections for the streets serving this development <br />be withheld pending final engineering design and review by <br />the City Engineer. <br />
