Resolution No. 2879 <br />December 10, 1986 <br />Tract 5713 <br />effect and for the total number of lots in the final map, <br />unless this requirement has been otherwise satisfied. <br />11. That any existing assessment district, which the property <br />may be subject to, be cleared prior to the approval of the <br />final map or the developer will cause a segregation to be <br />completed in conjunction with the final map. <br />12. That the developer submit a refundable cash bond for hazard <br />and erosion control prior to approval of the final map. The <br />amount of this bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br />(Approximately $100 per lot - $2500 minimum.) <br />13. That the developer (subdivider) may file multiple final maps <br />prior to the expiration of the conditionally approved <br />tentative map for this development; provided, however, that <br />each such final map filed shall provide for all normal and <br />reasonable public improvements required by the City to serve <br />that portion of this development to the satisfaction of the <br />14. That the developer dedicate <br />right-of-way purposes, those <br />public streets. <br />to the City for street <br />parcels of land intended to be <br />15. That the developer grant an easement to the City over those <br />parcels shown as public service easements (P.S.E.) and which <br />are approved by the City Engineer or other parcels which may <br />be designated by the City Engineer. <br />16. That approval of the design for the line, grade, and <br />structural sections for the streets serving this development <br />be withheld pending final engineering design and review by <br />the City Engineer. <br />17. That vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters be constructed within <br />this development unless otherwise approved by the City <br />Engineer and that the curb and gutter be poured <br />monolithically with the sidewalk or dowelled to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />18. That all existing wells, septic tanks or holding tanks on <br />the site be properly sealed, filled and abandoned prior to <br />the start of grading operations, unless otherwise approved <br />by the City Engineer, unless Zone 7 retains specific wells <br />for observation wells, or special approval is obtained from <br />the City Engineer for temporary use of an existing well for <br />construction water. <br />19. Any wells designated for abandonment or any wells <br />encountered during construction, are to be destroyed in <br />accordance with a permit obtained from Zone 7 by calling <br />(415) 443-9300. <br />- 4 - <br />
