PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2879 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5711, STANDARD PACIFIC/DEVOR <br />NURSERIES <br />WHEREAS, Standard Pacific and DeVor Nurseries have applied to <br />subdivide an approximately 25.5 acre site into 157 <br />parcels for residential use, ranging in size from <br />approximately 2,800 sq. ft. to approximately 8,000 sq. <br />ft. located generally in the area east of the abandoned <br />Southern Pacific Transportation Company right-of-way, <br />south of Mohr Avenue, and opposite the intersection of <br />Kamp Drive and Mohr Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, a their duly noticed public hearing of December 10, 1986 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found Tract 5711 to be in <br />conformance with the City's General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 5711, application of Standard Pacific <br />and DeVor Nurseries have applied to subdivide an <br />approximately 25.5 acre site into 157 parcels for <br />residential use, ranging in size from approximately <br />2,800 sq. ft. to approximately 8,000 sq. ft. located <br />generally in the area east of the abandoned Southern <br />Pacific Transportation Company right-of-way, south of <br />Mohr Avenue, and opposite the intersection of Kamp Drive <br />and Mohr Avenue subject to the following conditions: <br />That the development shall be substantially as <br />shown on Tentative Maps Tract 5711 on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />That proposed street names for the project shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Department for review and <br />approval prior to recordation of the final map. <br />That the temporary vehicle turnaround shown in the <br />PUD development plan shall be provided for as <br />approved unless waived by the City Engineer and the <br />Fire Marshal, based upon the construction of Drive <br />- 1 - <br />
