PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2882 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-86-14, CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend Section <br />18.84.080 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton to allow 6 ft. high wrought-iron, split rail <br />or other similar type fencing within the required front <br />yard setbacks in the R-1-20,000, R-1-40,000 and "A" <br />(Agricultural) Districts; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 10, <br />1986, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case RZ-86-14, the application <br />to to amend Section 18.84.080 of the Municipal Code as <br />stated in the draft ordinance attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
