CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 89-448 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FORTME APPLICATION OF CURRIN CONSTRUCTION TO REZONEANAPPROXIMATELY 39,508 SQ. FT. SITE AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-89-14 WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 31, 1989, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning an approximately 39,500 sq. ft. site located on the northeast corner of Bernal and Pleasanton Avenues from the "A" (Agricultural) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Office District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 5, 1989 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Curtin Construction to rezone an approximately 39,500 sq. ft. site located on the northeast corner of Bernal and Pleasanton Avenues from the "A" (Agricultural) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Office District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
