After selection by the City of Pleasanton of one alternate of the Del Valle Parkway - Stanley Boulevard intersection, prepare a precise plan showing centerline, existing R-O-W, and proposed R-O-W at a scale of 1" ~ 50'. 7. After selection by the City of Pleasanton of one alternate of the Stanley Boulevard alignment, prepare a precise plan of Stanley Boulevard from First Street - Vineyard Avenue to Stanley Boulevard - Bernal Avenue showing monument line, existing R-O-W and proposed R-O-W at a scale of 1" ~ 50'. 8. After selection by the City of Pleasanton of one alternate of the Del Valle Parkway alignment, prepare a precise plan of Del Valle Parkway from Tract 5508 "Country Roads" easterly to Bernal Avenue showing centerline, existing R-O~W, and proposed R-O-W at a scale of 1" ~ 50'. 9. Provide one mylar reproducible of items 6, 7 & 8 above. 10. Coordinate with City Planning and Engineering staff. Fees ALEXANDER & ASSOCIATES, INC., will provide the above Scope of Work on a time and materials basis. Time will be charged per the attached rate schedule, Exhibit "A". The fee is NOT TO EXCEED Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00). Billing Schedule Payment for work will be billed on a monthly basis on the 25th of each month for work completed during the previous month. Payment will be due by the 5th of the month. Additional Work Any work not specifically mentioned within the Scope of Work outlined above will be considered additional work. Additional work shall be done on a time and materials basis in accordance with the fee schedule, EXHIBIT "A" attached.
