CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-440 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SCOPE OF WORK <br /> AGREEMENT WIT~ ~T~XANDER AND ASSOCIATES <br /> TO PREPARE STANleY BOULEVARD AND DEL <br /> V~T~ PARKWAY ALIGNMRNT STUDIES <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Alexander and <br /> Associates, regarding the Scope of Work outlined in <br /> the attached proposal for a sum not to exceed <br /> $20,000. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 17, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS ~~ <br />Michael H.
