CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-439 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> THE FOOTHIre. HIGH BAND REVIEW COMMITTEE <br /> FOR THE 15TH ANNUAL FOOTHILL BAND REVIEW <br /> ON OCTOBER 28, 1989 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Foothill High Band Review Committee is <br /> requesting approval of the permit application to <br /> hold the Foothill High Band Review on Saturday, <br /> October 28, 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a report from the <br /> Assistant City Manager (SR 89:435) regarding the <br /> details of the proposed event and recommending <br /> approval by the City Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of the Foothill High <br /> Band Review Committee for the Foothill Band Review <br /> scheduled for October 28, 1989, subject to all <br /> conditions set forth in Staff Report 89:435. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 17, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Peggy~.
