CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-438 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOI/JTION NO. 76-79 <br /> (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR <br /> CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 11, TWO <br /> HOUR PARKING ZONES, BY ADDING SUBSECTION <br /> llE-1 RESTRICTING PARKING ON EAST ANGELA <br /> STREET FROM MAIN STREET TO FIRST STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted <br /> Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended <br /> Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 17, 1989, the City <br /> Council received and discussed a report (SR 89:443) <br /> from the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br /> related to installation of signs limiting parking <br /> on both sides of East Angela Street from Main <br /> Street to First Street to two hours; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend <br /> Resolution No. 76-79 to add subsection lle-1 to <br /> Section 11; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby <br /> amended by adding subsection lle-1 as follows: <br /> <br /> lle-1 East Anqela Street, on both sides, from <br /> Main Street to First Street. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
