CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-436 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDINGRESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br /> (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR <br /> CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 3 <br /> REGARDING INST~T2ATION OF A FOUR-WAY STOP <br /> AT MOPIRAVENUEANDKAMP DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted <br /> Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended <br /> Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 17, 1989, the City <br /> Council received and discussed a report (SR 89:440) <br /> from the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br /> related to the installation of a four-way stop at <br /> the intersection of Mohr Avenue and Kamp Drive; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend <br /> Resolution No. 76-79 to add subsections 3k-5 and <br /> 3m-8 to Section 3, Stop Intersections; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby <br /> amended by adding the following subsections to <br /> Section 3, Stop Intersections: <br /> <br /> 3k-5 Kamp Drive, at Mohr Avenue; stopping traffic <br /> on Kamp Drive, in both directions. <br /> <br /> 3m-8 Mohr Avenue, at Kamp Drive; stopping traffic <br /> on Mohr Avenue, in both directions. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
