CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-434 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE <br /> SANTA RITA RIGHT ROAD TURN LANE AT WEST <br /> LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD, PROJECT NO. 885088 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for <br /> the Santa Rita Road Right Turn Lane at West Las <br /> Positas Boulevard, Project No. 885088, has been <br /> completed and a maintenance bond has been posted; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities in his report to the City Council <br /> (SR 89:437); <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That the public improvements installed for the <br /> Santa Rita Road Right Turn Lane at West Las <br /> Positas, Project No. 885088, are hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Clerk's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> Section 3: The Finance Department is directed to invoice <br /> Exxon $2,500 for installation of a water service. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 17, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Pegg~'L/~zid~ <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />A~TOJ~ <br />Michael H.
