CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-432 <br /> <br /> APPROVING CLAIMS FORT pIE MONTH OF <br /> JULY 1989 IN T~E AMOUNT OF $6,728,283.91 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of October 17, 1989, a <br /> check register summary and Financial Report were <br /> presented to the City Council signifying <br /> expenditures for the month of July 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br /> were for approved functions of the City of <br /> Pleasanton which are necessary and proper expenses <br /> of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims for the month of July 1989, in the total <br /> sum of $6,728,283.91 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated July 31, 1989 has been <br /> reviewed and is hereby approved by the City <br /> Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 17, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ~ggYd~ ~ z ~dro0 <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS ~~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
