CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-430 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ~;~CATION OF <br /> $69,736 TO V~T~Y COMMUNITY HEALT~ CENTER <br /> TO COMPleTE THE CLINIC RENOVATION <br /> PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 17, 1989, the City <br /> Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br /> Parks and Community Services (SR 89:456) regarding <br /> the request of the Valley Community Health Center <br /> for funding assistance to complete the Clinic <br /> Renovation Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Human Services Commission reviewed the request <br /> at its meeting of October 4, 1989 and recommended <br /> approval of the allocation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves an allocation of <br /> $69,736 from the General Fund to the Valley <br /> Community Health Center for assistance in <br /> completing the Clinic Renovation Project, and <br /> amends the budget accordingly. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 17, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />~/~~ . <br />Michael H.
