CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P~ASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-420 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING ~CENSE AGREEMENT <br /> WITH ORBIT SOFTWARE (USA) INC. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Orbit Software (USA) <br /> Inc., regarding purchase of an on-line data back-up <br /> utility software program, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULYAND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />P~ASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 3, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarvet, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
