CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-419 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR REMODELINGTHE <br /> PRESCHOOL BUILDING (OLD LIBRARY) IN <br /> AMADOR COMITY PARK AND AUTHORIZING <br /> CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Community Services, by <br /> her report (SR 89:433), advised the City Council <br /> that plans and specifications had been completed <br /> for remodeling the Preschool Building (Old <br /> Library), and that said plans have been reviewed by <br /> staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 3, 1989, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Parks and <br /> Community Services relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> remodeling of the Preschool Building (Old <br /> Library) in Amador Community Park. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 3, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTES~~ ' <br /> Peggy L. <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO <br /> <br />Michael H.
