Identify items that could be redesigned to save cost. <br /> <br /> 3. Provide preliminary estimate for revised scope items and <br /> design changes. <br /> <br /> 4. Provide constructibility review of drawings and evaluate the <br /> bidability after design changes have been made. <br /> <br /> 5. Review the revised Engineer's Estimate. <br /> <br /> 6. Provide a rebid schedule and monitor progress through <br /> bidding. <br /> <br />7. Review bid package before release. <br />8. Conduct preconstruction meeting. <br />9. Review addendum prior to release. <br />10. Recommend bid alternates. <br /> <br />11. Assist City in bid evaluation. <br /> <br />12. Advise the City on changes to the metal building contract. <br /> <br /> <br />
