CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-402 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH LIEBERT, <br /> CASSIDY & FRIERSON REGARDING NORCAL EMPLOYMENT <br /> RELATIONS CONSORTIUM <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RE- <br />SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council approves the agreement with the law <br /> firm of Liebert, Cassidy and Frierson to provide to the <br /> City employment relations training through the NorCal <br /> Employment Relations Consortium, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this refer- <br /> ence. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />AT A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 19, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Councilmember Brandes <br /> <br /> Pegg~.C/E~idr~ <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
