CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-396 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF <br /> PORTIONS OF THE HACIENDA DRIVE/I-580 <br /> INTERCHANGE, NPID NO. 3, AND AUTHORIZING <br /> CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE CONTRACTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 89:402), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> construction of portions of the Hacienda Drive/ <br /> 1-580 interchange, NPID No. 3, and that said plans <br /> have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 19, 1989, the City <br /> Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities relating to the <br /> project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> construction of portions of the Hacienda Drive/ <br /> 1-580 interchange. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City to construct the portions of <br /> the Hacienda Drive/I-580 interchange. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the City Manager to negotiate and <br /> approve, under the terms of the 1913 Bond Act, <br /> contracts for the construction of portions of the <br /> Hacienda Drive/I-580 interchange. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
