CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES Geotechnical Engineering Services for the Cross-Town Interceptor Sewer Project AMENDMENT NO. I THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES, originally executed on May 2, 1989, is made and entered into this 19th day of September, 1989, by and between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and BERLOGAR GEOTECHNICAL CONSULTANTS, a California Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Consultant"). WITNESSETH A. Consultant and City desire to execute this Amendment No. 1 to the original Contract for Consultant Services, Geotechnical Engineering Services for Cross-Town Interceptor Sewer Project, in order to expand the scope of services and increase CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 89-394 RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CONTRACT WITH BERLOGAR GEOTECHNICAL CONSULTANTS FOR TPIE CROSS-TOWN INTERCEPTOR SEWER PROJECT NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council approves Amendment No. 1 to the Contract between the City of Pleasanton and Berlogar Geotechnical Consultants regarding the Cross-Town Interceptor Sewer Project, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- described Contract. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
