Amendment to Oriqinal Aqreement Only. <br /> <br /> Nothing in this Amendment No. 1 shall change the <br /> requirements and responsibilities of the parties to the <br /> Agreement executed on November 15, 1988. This Amendment <br /> No. 1 merely increases the compensation and clarifies <br /> the Consultant's responsibility to invoice promptly.
