ATTACHMENT A <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ADOPTING THE <br />2007-08 THROUGH 2010-2011 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, biennially the city adopts a Capital Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS, a budget workshop to review the Capital Improvement Program was held <br />June 12, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, at a public hearing on June 19, 2007, staff presented a report regarding the <br />recommended Capital Improvement Program for 2007-08 through 2010-11. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1: Adopts the 2007-08 through 2010-11 Capital Improvement Program as <br />presented to at the June 19, 2007 City Council meeting. <br />Section 2: Authorizes expenditures as detailed in the Capital Improvement Program for <br />2007-08 and 2008-09. <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br />a regular meeting held on June 19, 2007. <br />I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br />resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of June, <br />2007, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
