CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-381 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT <br /> 5508, COUNTRY ROADS, COUNTRY ROADS <br /> TOWNHOMES, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for <br /> Tract 5508, Country Roads, Country Roads Townhomes, <br /> Inc., has been completed and a maintenance bond has <br /> been posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities in his report to the City Council <br /> (SR 89:388); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract <br /> 5508, Country Roads, Country Roads Townhomes, Inc., <br /> are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Clerk's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 5, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Pegs ~a~ .C/Ez~dro ~J <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS ~~ <br />Michael H.
