ATTACHMENT3 <br />CONTRACT <br />ANNUAL CURB & GUTTER REPLACEMENTS <br />PROJECT N0.065009 <br />THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this day of , 20 <br />by and between ("Contractor"), whose address is <br />and telephone number is and the CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation ("City"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the City has awarded to the Contractor a contract for Annual Curb & <br />Gutter Replacements, Project No.065009. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, <br />the parties agree as follows: <br />Work to be Performed. <br />The work will consists of the removal and replacement of curb, gutter, sidewalk <br />and driveway, and the installation of access ramps and curb through drains. <br />Said work is more particularly shown in the following documents which are on <br />file with the Department of Public Works of the City and are incorporated herein <br />by this reference: <br />A. Plans and Specifications entitled the Annual Curb & Gutter <br />Replacements, Project No.065009, and addenda thereto, if any. <br />B. Contract Change Orders approved by the City Engineer, done in <br />accordance with the Standard Specifications. <br />C. The proposal submitted to the City by the Contractor. <br />2. Compensation. The City shall pay the Contractor for work actually performed at <br />the unit prices set out in the Contractor's proposal to the City. The quantities of <br />work stated therein are estimates only; actual quantities will be measured for <br />payment in accordance with the specifications. <br />
