restoration project because the quantity of sidewalk repair is small (less than 600 <br />square feet) and consequently, the price for this work by the building restoration <br />contractor was anticipated to be high. By adding this small amount of sidewalk <br />replacement work to the subject project, an economy of scale can be realized.
