ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1993-1 WINDSOR <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />(Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br />Philip A. Grubstick, City Engineer, Engineer for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993- <br />1, Windsor, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report as directed by the City Council, <br />pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br />The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br />The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas and open space areas, entry features, <br />masonry soundwalls, common azea drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees and plantings in <br />designated landscaped areas, furnishing of water and power for imgation systems, and street lights, <br />together with all appurtenant and incidental expenses within Tract 6320, City of Pleasanton. <br />This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br />PART A - Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the City Clerk. Although <br />sepazately bound, the plans and specifications aze a part of this report and are included in <br />it by reference. <br />PART B - An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. <br />PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited parcel of land <br />within the Assessment District. <br />PART D - A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the amount <br />proposed to be assessed against each pazcel. <br />PART E - An assessment diagram which shows each parcel of real property within the assessment <br />district.
