Special Revenue Funds <br />Lower Income Housing Fund <br />The Lower Income Housing Fund is being amended to reflect the anticipated State <br />CaIHFA Loan that was not received and an offsetting reduction in appropriations that <br />was originally expected for first time home buyer loans from that same loan source. <br />Also, the estimate for lower income housing fees from residential and commercial <br />development were reduced to reflect actual receipts through December 31, 2006 which <br />results in budgeting only those revenues actually on hand. <br />inning Fund Balance 10,872,379 10,872,379 <br />enues 2,867,773 (1,412,210) 1,455,563 <br />apses (1,025,396) 347,783 (677,613 <br />Income from Operations 1,842,377 (1,064,427) 777,950 <br />LPFD Fund <br />A number of miscellaneous adjustments are being recommended for the LPFD Fund. <br />The increase in appropriations is offset by equal contributions by the City of Pleasanton <br />and the City of Livermore. <br />Internal Service Funds <br />Replacement 8 Renovation Funds <br />The Facilities Renovation Fund will decrease $457,566 due to a re-prioritization of <br />projects including postponing the Amador Theater lighting upgrade until 2008-09. The <br />Street Light Replacement Fund will decrease $284,803 due to moving a number of <br />replacement projects to 2008-09 along with the completion of the Valley Trails <br />neighborhood streetlight replacement project. The Traffic Signal Replacement Fund will <br />decrease $464,566 after a re-evaluation of replacement needs resulting in replacement <br />of 11 locations in 2007-08 and 3 locations in 2008-09. <br />Page 7 of 10 <br />
