CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-377 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 1-580/SANTA RITA <br /> ROAD INTERCHANGE BRIDGE - NPID NO. 3 AND <br /> AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 89:385), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> 1-580/Santa Rita Road Interchange Bridge - NPID <br /> No. 3, and that said plans have been reviewed by <br /> staff; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 5, 1989, the City <br /> Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities relating to the <br /> project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> 1-580/Santa Rita Road Interchange Bridge - NPID <br /> No. 3. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 5, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Tarver <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
