CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-376 <br /> <br /> AUTHORIZATION FORT HE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> SIGN RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTIFICATIONS FOR THE <br /> INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS ON 1-580 AT <br /> SANTA RITA ROAD AND HACIENDA DRIVE - NPID <br /> NO. 3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in the process of acquiring land and <br /> right-of-way for construction of the interchange <br /> improvements on 1-580 at Santa Rita Road and <br /> Hacienda Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as part of this process it is necessary to file <br /> with Caltrans a Right-of-Way Certification, which <br /> provides official notification to the State that <br /> all necessary rights of entry or fee titles have <br /> been acquired on property subject to construction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Authorizes the City Manager to sign the Right-Of- <br /> Certifications for the Interchange Improvements on <br /> 1-580 at Santa Rita Road and Hacienda Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 5, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS T~ <br />Michael H.
