CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-374 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION~kPPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR VALLEY AVENUE AND <br /> PASEO SANTA CRUZ/VIA DE LOS MALAGROS <br /> TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTaLlATION, AND <br /> AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 89:386), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> Valley Avenue and Paseo Santa Cruz/Via de los <br /> Malagros Traffic Signal Installation, and that said <br /> plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 5, 1989, the City <br /> Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities relating to the <br /> project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> Valley Avenue and Paseo Santa Cruz/Via de los <br /> Malagros Traffic Signal Installation. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 5, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> P~gg~.C~idrc~J <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
