CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-373 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM <br /> SUPPT.RMENT NO. 037 TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE <br /> AGREEMENT NO. 04-5101 FOR FEDERAL AID <br /> IMPROVEMENTS FORT HE TRAFFIC SIGNALAT <br /> V~tJ~Y AVENUE AND KOLt.N STREET AND BERNAL <br /> AVENUEAND OLD BERNAL/CASE AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton entered into a master <br /> agreement for the Federal-Aid Program with the <br /> State of California on September 23, 1977 pursuant <br /> to the Federal Highway Safety Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities on <br /> August 17, 1989, received from Caltrans the <br /> approved Program Supplement No. 037 which provides <br /> 100% Federal Aid Urban Construction money for our <br /> CIP Projects No. 88-5025 and 88-5030. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Authorizes the execution by the City Manager, <br /> subject to approval by the City Attorney, of <br /> Revised Program Supplement No. 037 to Local Agency- <br /> State Agreement No. 04-5101 for Federal Aid <br /> Improvements under the Federal Highway Safety Act. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 5, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Peg~/~.Ezid~ <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
