CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-369 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR DEL VALT~ PARKWAY BIKE <br /> LANE, PROJECT NO. 875016, AND AUTHORIZING <br /> CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 89:376), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> the Del Valle Parkway Bike Lane, Project No. <br /> 875016, and that said plans have been reviewed by <br /> staff; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 5, 1989, the City <br /> Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities relating to the <br /> project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF'THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> Del Valle Parkway Bike Lane, Project No. 875016. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 5, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> AT ST: <br /> <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
