CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-368 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REASSIGNMENT <br /> OF THE EXISTING DESIGN CONTRACT FOR <br /> AUGUSTIN BERNAL PARK FROM THE FIRM OF <br /> KENT WATSONANDASSOCIATES TO THE NEW <br /> FIRM OF INTERACTIVE RESOURCES, INC. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Authorizes the reassignment of the existing <br /> design contract for Augustin Bernal Park from the <br /> firm of Kent Watson and Associates, San Francisco, <br /> to the new firm of Interactive Resources, Inc., <br /> Richmond. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 5, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
