CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 89-364 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE SPECIFIC ZONE BOUNDARIES FOR TWO PERMIT PARKING ZONES WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton adopted Ordinance No. 1376, which amended the Pleasanton Municipal Code to add a new Chapter 11.38, Residential Parking Permit Zone, at its meeting of July 19, 1988; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1376 was extended by the City Council at its meeting of August 15, 1989; and WHEREAS, the above-referenced ordinance requires that the specific zone boundaries be approved by approval of a City resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council hereby establishes two residential permit parking zones in the areas as detailed on Exhibit A and Exhibit B, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: That the area detailed in Exhibit A shall consist of portions of the area commonly referred to as the Jensen Tract, including the portions of Jensen Street beginning at Santa Rita Road and ending at the street addresses of 4135 and 4120; and the portions of School Street beginning at Santa Rita Road and ending at the street addresses of 4115 and 4078; and the portions of Silver Street beginning at Santa Rita Road and ending at the addresses of 4073 and 4078; and portions of Graham Street beginning at Santa Rita Road and ending at the street addresses of 4087 and 4092; and portions of Well Street beginning at Santa Rita Road and ending at 4121 and 4098; portions of Santa Rita Road from Nevis Street to the Union Pacific Railroad tracks located south of Jensen Street; and portions of Nevis Street beginning at Santa Rita Road and ending at 4501 and 4044. Section 3: That the area as further described in Exhibit B shall consist of all of the portions of Oak Creek Drive, Arbutus Court, Camellia Court, Oak Creek
